It is important to identify your target audience before you plan your marketing strategy. Answer the four questions below to begin the process of identifying your target audience for your product.
Questions to answer when deciding on a target audience:
1. What age-group will most likely listen to our message or buy the product we are selling?
2. Is our message or product more interesting to women, men, or both?
3. What are some other things people who like our product or message might also be interested in?
4. What is the financial status (how much money they make) of people that would most likely agree with our message (low-income, middle-income, high-income).
